Standarised Guarana Extract, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine), Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Citrus Aurantium Extract, L-Carnitine, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agent Magnesium Stearate), Chromium Picolinate

Suggested Use:

Take 2-3 capsules, twice daily, 15 minutes before meals and/or exercise. Suggest 1 capsule twice daily for the first few days of supplementation.
