Ingredients:

100% Pure Cool Pressed Evening Primrose Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine), Natural Source Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol). 

Recommended Use:

Take one to six capsules per day, preferably with a meal.
